Ouch what did you do ? Remember while on the search, the engine inside this car is not the 2.5 but the 3.0, check the label inside the door post , it will read N52B30XXX, the 30 is for 3 liter. So you should search for a N52B30 Crank. These came in the X5 (E70), the 125i (E82), 130i (E87) the E90 330i and some other BMW models.
