Cost to transport a car on a flatbed truck

What is the approximate cost to have a vehicle transported on a flatbed truck for a distance of around 50KM (between Midrand and JHB South)?

Also, any recommendations on who to use or who to avoid?

This type of service is generally free with an FNB Petrol card within a certain radius, not so sure about other Petrol Cards.
A few weeks back while i was down in Durban i had my brothers X5 towed through the FNB petrol card, the total round trip was 80km's and we only needed to pay in R150 to the driver.
