Hi i just wanted to find out who has done mapping on their mini cooper s r53 on the standard ECU (a remap) ???

I had software from GIAC put on, but it was pathetically ineffective. Wian always recommends a custom tune. I'm not sure who does that sort of thing in Joburg.

Other option is a unichip. They are very effective.

Otherwise you can import software and hardware to do it yourself, but that is expensive and a bit troublesome without experiance and a dyno.

Maus is said to do good work.

hi i have all the tools but experimenting so for now im looking for someone who has the same mods as mine so i can flash it to my ecu. All i need is the map. Thereafter i will proceed to make my own new maps.
