I replaced the o ring and the leak stopped. I took my car for a test drive yesterday afternoon. The temprature stays between 90-93 degrees, but when i stopped at home my radiator fan didnt want to stop blowing, I had to disconnect the fan to stop blowing. Could it be that my temprature sensor is faulty or is it he fans resistor that broke and i need to replace the fan.

Any advice would be appreciated

could be the sensor is toast... but even at that it's a rare thing for the sensor to go ... which motor is this ?

e46 3.0, i changed the sensor and the fan still keeps running. How would i know for sure that the fan has broken?
Would a auto electrician be able to tell me if the fans final stage restor broke?
