@ 1300m altitude you can deduct about 18% on the flywheel and another 20% for RWD.

In essence you can almost deduct 45% from the manufacturers flywheel claims and that will be what you see on a hot day (30degC) for a RWD car on the wheels with no correction factor.

That is if the dyno has been calibrated properly which 99% of them are not

Not so much on a turbo car, nore like +/- 5%

But that is not why we use dynometers. We use it so see if there are any improvements to be made on a specific engine. In conjunction with AFR, etc. we can see exactly what is happening an any moment in the RPM range and thus tweak the engine accordingly.

I still don't know why people care about it. It's a tool, not a goal.
