Morning, went to do alignment and I was told I will need to change my control arms soon, is it the lower or upper control arms? Or both?

Correct there is upper and lower control arms

I had the lower left arm bush damaged after I hit a pothole on my old 1 series.
was told to change all , left and right , upper and lower.

:skit: you will get a shock - especially if you go to BMW - try find a decent aftermarket guy that will install.
