Connected drive updates

Hi Folks

I was trying to check if there are Software updates for my Connected drive here -> http://www.bmw.com/com/en/owners/co...mobile_devices/bluetooth_software_update.html - But it does not recognize my VIN number. How can i go about this?

which model do you have of the idrive and what year?

Those updates dont work anymore or BMW forgot about them. I update my car once a year at the dealer complete re programme and I notice small differinces somtimes. For example my car use to spray water on headlights when you wash the window the first time and the headlights are on, with the last update i notice it only sprays on the 3rd time you wash the windows. Also the software for the bluetooth was updated.
