Connected Drive and Remote Services Issues

So I have a 2014 330d MSport with Connected Drive including remote services.

I can get almost everything to work over the online portal and my iPhone 8+ EXCEPT for remote services. I have tried everything I could find online to get this thing working to absolutely no avail.

I have also tried using the SOS button and it works.

Has anyone else had issues that thy managed to resolve?

When you logon to your online portal (https://www.bmw-connecteddrive.co.za/app/index.html#/portal/dashboard), does it show Remote Services as being activated or "booked"? If yes, what expiry date is shown for this function? If it is not expired, then try calling or emailing BMW Genius with your VIN. If is expired, you will need to pay to activate the services.

Thanks for that. It says that the service is 'booked' but it doesn't have an expiry date like RTTI or BMW Online.

Was there any fix for this, having endless issues that BMW and Germany cannot resolve. Everything reflects as booked including newer services that i have paid for which show an expiry date.

Any ideas?
