Looks very interesting: thinking: Wonder if BMW will be able to detect once set back to stock? Also see they only currently provide support within the US

Howzit B, nope its not detectable, however you dont just return to stock you need to uninstall completely which then 'unmarries' the unit from the car etc and returns it to the exact same stock map that BMW installed that was written from your car initially

Yes only US for now and 2008-2010 N54 :(

:thumb: buy it the only way to tell. It appears to work with the Turbo maps in the ECU.

It is alot like the Bluefin handheld which the guys used on the Focus ST. You purchase different maps and stages for ONE specific vehicle! Same as Flash to me only now the user feels he has more envolvement in tuning his car.

I wonder if he ever got past the security problem on the ECU
Paul was one of the first people that was gonna map my car as a promo cos they had just started out and wanted a 335i to test on but unfortunately they coudnt break the ECU security on it

I remember him mentioning a handheld unit to come in the future :)

He is good friends with some of my good mates hence them wanting to map my car via word of mouth

Will give him a call and see how he is doing :)
