Clucth problem or not???

Whenever i pull away normal and start picking up speed my car feels like it's loosing revs but then picks up again. It's a manual but feels like an automatic when you "kickdown" and sounds like it as well.
Could this be my clutch on it's way out or is the problem somewhere else????
It's not over revving; it just dips down the revs and picks up again and this happens in all the gears except 1st gear.

if it was your clutch the revs will pick up not dip! it sounds to me like MAF sensor needs some cleaning or your lamda sensors in the exhaust are on theyre way out! get the car on a Auto Boss Machine (diagnostics)! that will give you any electrical error codes saved!

doesn sound like clutch but sounds like the hesitation on acceleration giving you that slipping "feeling", what you are describing could be anything from cam shaft sensors or vanos to something small like a dirty MAF or a tear in your intake boot or even a slight misfire because of spark plugs like streetracer said get diagnostics done prob best place to start good luck
