If I hat the time & Knowledge, I would remove the belts & clean behind them as there is some stuck grease in there..

I find it so easy to have the extra space, can climb in there if need be :)

Who needs an extra 2 cylinders anyway?

Nice going, its always a good idea to keep the engine bay clean. If you clean it regularly there will never be caked on dirt that is almost impossible to get clean.

It was filthy when we got it..

Now its cleaner, made it easy having the radiator, intake, window washer bottle out of the way, could get into the nooks & crannies with the prepsol & paintbrush

Might get some polish & wax onto the exposed paintwork before I put it all together again

Will wait until after the skidpan on Sunday though.. Will try out the baby oil.. It cant hurt to try :)

Is there really nothing that goes into that space? My diesel 4 pot has got cowlings and vacuum operated flaps all the way up to against the engine

Two missing cylinders kinda leave your engine bay that empty :biglol:

I was trying to find that picture of a certain member working on his car while standing in the Engine compartment
