Chiplogic Chip - M3 E36 GSpec

Got a quote from Chiplogic to do a chip on my GSpec M3, R5k.
They claim 21-27kw gains :thinking:
Has anyone had work done on their M's by Chiplogic?
Also what's the pros and cons of installing a chip?

i have their chip on my 4dr M3 and i'm very happy with their work , for example , we ran the car in Matuba and only managed a 13.4 with Dastek unichip and after a few months removed the chip an loaded CHIP LOGIC software and ran the car up in Eston at +- 700m above sea level and ran a 13.2 im sure if we had more runs and better slicks we could have got the time down ...so yeah they know what they doing:thumbs:

Its all in the tuner of the dastek chip! I had chiplogic software on my car and gained 7kw with a DASTEK chip! Its not the product but the tuner!!!

No they haven't come up because its irrelevant. They have run at the track same day as other cars to compare as well as proven their worth on highway runs.

Yes its a fact that Chip Logic has the fastest E36 M And Loco could not beat them on the same day at the same track but Locos exit speed speaks for itself so IM0 The Csl is making more power than the E36. Chip Logics E46 however is probably making slightly more pwr than the Csl but then meth explains this. But anyawy a time is a time, a win a win. Well done. But I rather have the pwr aswell...

The E46 M ran 1km/h slower than Loco on the day without meth. The 12.3 sec car is the only one running the meth.
