Changed my glow plugs but still not starting

Hi,
I need some advise, I have a e46 320D, I changed my glow plugs on Saturday but my car didn't start immediately. I had to get towed to start it. After it started it drove fine and on Sunday when I started it was still ok. Then this morning it didn't want to start again. I tried warming it up by switching the ignition on and off a few times, but that didn't work.
It is not my battery or starter because it swings.

Agree with Raam on the glowplugs in SA, they are a non issue in SA, maybe she just cranks a few more times,

Crank sensor is ruled out, as when "Push started" the car does run, without crank sensor, car will not run because injectors wont fire.

Cam Sensor is possible, but unlikely, it should still run in "fail safe" or limp mode,

I think its pressure related on the fuel pump, Easily checked by doing a simple rail pressure test, with the right tools of course.
