Hi Guys

Need a bit of help here. does any one know if I can do change of ownership if I don't have the previous owners ID copy.

I have 2 E36's I need to put on my name but don't have the above mentioned.

If the above is not possible what other options do I have or will the cars just be of no value to me?

Thanks

If the previous owner had already filled in and submitted the notification of change of owner you MIGHT be able to get a service to have this changed with the bill of sale and only his ID number. If not, you will have to track down the previous owner AFAIK.

I used a renewal service in the past that helped get all my cars onto GP plates. I was pointed to them by a dealer who also used them. They might at least be able to point you in the right direction if they can't help you: FASTQ4U - 011 728 7646 | 0833597719 | Whatsapp 062 287 5353 | [email protected]

Hope that helps

Hi bud, for all my change of ownerships I just filled in the ID number and name of the seller as per logbook on the NCO Yellow form and submitted together with my certified ID and a filled out RLV Blue form. Never had an issue. Sometimes I handed the previous owners ID copy and they gave it back to me so seems they more concerned with the buyers documents. So I would say just try it this way and see.
