Centre lane hoggers to be fined £150/R1560

Well, new law in the UK has been passed today giving the police the power to stop and fine anyone hogging the centre lane.

So, to paint a picture:

A packed slow lane
A centre lane to overtake slow traffic using the slow lane.then move back to the slow lane.
And the fast lane, well that's for driving fast... If you dare

Jerez, think u got me wrong. By speed I mean 80 in a 60 zone, like the rest of the traffic. Oh, and a bit more on empty roads. Do that in the UK and goodbye licence.

Also, I have a kid so I've got lots to live for! Safety first.
