@Elton, sorry buddy, I am not THAT good, but I do like to edit or "enhance" my images at times. The first pic is one of my ride, and then I used http://photomania.net/ to create that drawn effect. Per Android I use an app called SNAPSEED. The second image I found though Google Image search, and simply added the "numberplate" in my name - using PAINT of all things... LOL!
