Car not starting

Hi Gents,

I have a 325i 2005 model E46. Since Sunday the car wont start. Called Matrix and they say that the tracking unit installed wont cause petrol not to go to the engine. Called my uncle to assist and he can only assist me on sunday.

When i turn the key on all the lights come on and it just doesn't take.

Anything i should check?

Does it at least crank or not?

If no crank then there is not enough power to the motor...start to check battery...

Could very possibly be EWS module.

It has a relay on it that diables starter if the EWS is not responding.

Try your spare key, but check battery voltage as well.

Diagostics should sort you out.

Hi, if all the lights come on then I doubt it to be the battery. I had a similar problem with my Audi. It just went and stalled and wouldn't start. It turned out to be a faulty Petrol pump, had to replace it.

Dude, my car left me like this...
Took the wife for her exams, all ok, and NEVER any issues. Get there, and wait for her, and after 1 1/2 hours, try to start the car, all lights come on, windows work, but the car just goes click, and dead. Ignition off, and on again, everything comes on, but when I turn the key to start... again Click, and dead...
Was the battery, and since I replaced it, no issues at all.
