This Sunday was the Car Candy run to Harties which I attended after some arm twisting from a friend of mine:biglol:
We were able to put a small crew together for the day which had my E63 M6, an E92 M3, F82 M4 and 2 x 350Zs (the noise makers :roflol::roflol: sorry)
It turned out to be quite a beautiful day but was SH!T HOT!!! But even though we were dying, thankfully, the cars never skipped a beat and ran cool all the way.
For me personally, and I'm sure others' opinions might differ, the route chosen to get to Harties wasn't the best. We weren't really able to push our cars and it was often stop go. Be that as it may, it was still fun convoying with everyone and in between running with a few guys who tried their luck with the crew:biglol:
We stopped along the way to take pics, I unfortunately don't have any pics of the actual convoy as I was driving, but I do have a few from before and while we were at Harties. We left a bit early to check on the tunnel but the line was just so long and the heat was getting to us so we decided to back track and make our way home.

Whoever else has pics PLEASE post here as my pics will definitely not do justice to the event. (also my photography skills aren't that grand LOL)

All in all, it was quite a fun day and I look forward to more of these runs incl. our BMWFanatics Breakfast Run coming up on 15 Nov.

Here are my few pics of the day and thanks for looking :ty:...

I would have loved to join, but no car yet :blueCry:

The convoy was huge! People really came out for this one, so I hope ours will be this big

Those z's can run. At one robot i was behind. This thing was wheel spinning beautifully. The M4 exhaust had some bark for the z's lol. I'll try uploading a video of that rev off

They are pretty quick for cars with just performance exhaust and software.
Without selecting M mode on the 6, grey Z was right at my rear fender on the highway.

I really love the 8 series, but it would bother the heck out of me, that the front portions of the 8 series always seem to be out of alignment, due to the warping of the composite panels
