cant post for sale threads

Any idea why i cant post for sale threads. I recieve the message below and my account has been verified.

You do not have permission to access this page. This could be because of one of the following reasons:

You do not have permission to access this page. Are you trying to access administrative pages or a resource that you shouldn't be? Check in the forum rules that you are allowed to perform this action.

I think you need a minimum of 50 Posts before you can use those.
This is to chase the one hit wonders away AFAIK

Yep your post count needs to be 50 or more before you can post there.
