Hi Guys.
I want to know can i do a de-cat on my 2005 116i?

Im not sure where the 02 sensor sits, but if im not mistaken if a 02 senson sits infront of the CAT , can it be cut out without any engine light coming on?

Cause i know from my ex Fiesta ST , the 02 sensor sat behind the CAT.

Thanks
Jarryd

If your sensor is pre-cat (between you combustion chamber and catalytic convertor), there should be no reason for concern… because it measures before the cats you want to delete…

Send your VIN number (last 7 digests), I’ll check REAL OEM for layout and try to assist.

U need to disable the O2 sensors otherwise you gonna have a flat spot like I did.

By disabling,... meaning that you must "switch off / disconnect / disable" the O2 sensors in the OEM software.

No physical unplugging of the sensors

Pleasure Jarv.

There's no sw update to be done, just 1 "tweek" to disable the O2 sensors.

Catfoolers are a lot more

Ok great.
Ok now to get technical, can I ask pf to cut out the cat and then they will install a mini cat fooler thingy and so the engine lights shouldnt come on?
