Can engine light come on because of low battery

Do you possibly know what a cc-id 29 means? i know its reduced power but anything you can think of?

I had a look on google and it seems asif the 335's has a problem with the fuel pumps and gives cc-id 29.. Anyone on the forum that can help me out with reading the codes?

Just Spoke to the guys from BMW and what the guy said makes sence. If the battery voltage is low i might cause false readings.

I work out in sandton but i stay in boksburg

My shop is in Boksburg, so I would be able to help you out.

WHat the guy says is correct, modules do store an under voltage warning, but I have never seen this actually give you an EML (engine management light) warning.

Sometimes it does push through warnings on modules such as the gearbox bla bla bla, but never a solid yellow EML light.

I am maybe wrong, but have not seen it.

True....loose contact as well can do that.

I checked my bettery and its 12.05v i thank that already is to low. Also some Idiot in a range rover drove into the back of me and the pdc sensor is damaged. so that can also be it

Could be an electrical short...
