For a Venue, shall we try to arrange with a BMW dealership to allow us to use their parking lot on the 2nd? Im sure that will be a lekker photo shoot??

I was thinking of Bruma BMW, but that might be inconvenient for some!

Not as yet, thought i would share the idea and get go ahead from those keen on joining in before i called and spoke to them. I doubt it will be an issue as the Adega Restuarant next door to them use BMW's parking lot from time to time.

Edit to Add: I will call and ask for permission either way and if it is a problem, there is a huge open parking lot at Park Meadows or we can go to Bedford Centre for undercover parking...

As i said, this might be out the way for those in PTA and so on, so it is just an idea. Ideally, something central for all will be better.

Well, the container depot is not far from Bruma BMW. So we could always swing by and get a few more snaps... Only thing is, the depot is not tarred.

What time do you guys propose we meet?

Since its a Sunday, i would prefer to meet by 1pm and get done by 4pm so we could all get home and rest for the week ahead.
