Let's not forget the sound offs in the Coconut Grove parking lot.

Guys putting bottles of JD on their car roof showing of how the sound is making that entire car vibrate.

Miss those days.

Lugs was pretty cool in the late 90s... all the upcountry guys with their M3s and VR6s and Superboss's and Golfs... good times

Lugz was tops back then, used to be there during my school holidays when i used to vye Durbs to visit the family, used to be boss, heard all that has changed now.

My very good friends use to the own the Wimpy and Blue Lagoon Restuarant. I spent many days, nights there. Just parked off sometimes watching and hearing cars revving through the bridge. Back then, cone filters and underglow lights where in fashion. So bouncing limiters where a pain and a pleasure to hear...

One of the highlights of owning my (ex) E36 M3 was taking it through that tunnel and revving it - after many, many years of doing exactly that (listening to other okes do it), it was such a thrill to finally do that in my own car :inlove:
