Buying a 320d

I have been a BMW fan sor some time, but due to finince I was not able to by one. Now I think I am ready for a second hand BMW. Can someone tell me what will be the reasonable price to pay for a
2005 320d Automatic BMW, that travelled 100 kilos. It also has sun roof.
Also thinks to consider when buying it second hand from a person.
I always hear people saying it heaving on maitenance:clap::clap:

Hi , I would say retails for between 145K - 160K . Factory options always a bonus when buying used as the previous owner has already paid for all that as extras . I drive a 2005 320d Steptronic and the car has 70K worth of factory extras . Bought it 2 years ago as used , with 80 000km plus extended motorplan . Paid 190K . :thumb:

It's not a diesel but I am selling my 323i Automatic 2006 Model for R185 000. Has 51 000km on the clock, sill under motor plan, has a few extras including 17" BMW rims with newish tyres (6000km). Stunning conditions, clean no comments with BMW and never had body work done.
