Guys, confirmed the booking with Stonehaven for 60 guests. We might get our own separate venue if one of the separate venues is not booked for the day and we will not pay extra. Else we will be accommodated in the normal restaurant area.

They wanted an extra R1600-R300 to book/confirm a separate venue but i don't believe this is necessary and will only add extra costs.

There will be a choice of meals at different rates as well as a buffet.

Halaal food can be catered for on request.

We will put up a small buffet for you and your guests, and then charge you R75.50 per person for the breakfast and the coffee/tea/juice.
Anything extra will be charged as per menu.

I'm awaiting the pricing on the Halaal food and will advise once I have everything up and sorted.

LOL yes the R75.50 is for the standard stuff they have for Sunday breakfast bufft. Anything else you can order off the menu at our own extra cost.:fishwack:
