So please someone do tell me something... it seems so many oaks are keen, and anyone and everyone I ask doesnt seem to know whats going on. Can someone who knows what is happening please just post up 1 little incy wincy post informing us of times etc, what time we should be expected at the destination etc.

We have 8 guys this side that are wanting to come with and i cant give them answers.

I was actually going to suggest this...

Perhaps it would be a good idea for the organizer who knows whats potting to maybe just post up the final details of what will be happening and where the various convoys are meeting up and times, etc so that its easy to see what's happening... I'd do it but I'm also not so sure... I guess stuff gets lost amongst the fencelooks and rollsmiles and so forth :rollsmile:

Flash and I will be meeting at the Total garage on Soloman Mahlangu (prev. Hans Strijdom) just off Rigel avenue at 07h30 to leave immediately :thumbs:

Not too sure if anyone else will be joining from there :dunno:

Pretoria guys will meet at 07h30 at the Total garage mentioned....

So the drive from the BP Oasis on Beyers to Parys is approximately one hour. I say we all meet there (those from JHB) at around 08h00 to leave at 08h30, to be in Parys at 09h30 for a photo op.

...there is a meetup spot at BP Oasis on Beyers Naude 08h00 leaving 08h30...

So we meet at "B" at around 09h30 for some kakpraat and photos, before heading off to eat :thumbs:

...and in Parys the meetup is here at 09h30....

After the photos we head to O's for brunch :thumbs:

Okay.

Pretoria guys are meeting up at the Total garage on Soloman Mahlangu drive at 07h30 to leave immediately. Everyone from Joburg is meeting up at the BP Oasis southbound on the N1 at Beyers Naude offramp at 08h00 to leave at 08h30. This convoy will go directly through to Parys via the N1 south, joining up at the R59 and then straight on to Parys.

There is a second convoy coming from the Vereeniging side that will meet up with the Jhb convoy at the Grasmere toll plaza. This convoy is not planned by me so please go back and read the whole thread is it was discussed earlier, and ask anyone from that side for details.

Others not joining the convoy will meet everyone else in Parys at the previously discussed points at around 09h30. Please go back and see the map links as I am unable to post them right now from my phone.

We will hang around there and take photos until around 10h45 before we make a measly 1km drive to the restaurant where we will spend the rest of our day, until whatever time you may want to leave.

This is a non official event.
