Break Pads Advice

What is this "break pads" and "break discs" you talk about? What is it that they break, and why would you want to put something that breaks onto your car? I know of brake discs and pads...

OEM discs are about R1500 each, so not too bad.
OEM Pads are Jurid. They nice and soft and quiet. But lack performance and make alot of dust.
I run Ferodo DS2500's but i think the cons will outweigh the pros for most.

no no no... PM freerider and order EBC redstuff pads. They squeak for the first 500k's or so but they have awesome stopping power and they are very low dust...

Changed my brakes and pads this weekend (Ate), so far so good.

No squeaks and big difference in stopping power... :thumb:

Hi.Ons het eintlik n werkswinkel en het so moeg geword om te sukkel met parte (beskikbaarheid, prys ens.) Het toe begin om parte in vooraad te hou om mense vinniger en goedkoper te help. Dit is maar waarom ons hier op die site is, om te kyk waar en hoe ons help.
