Brake pads on car with electric handbrake

Need to change my brake pads but not at BMW. I called one Supa quick & they said they can't do it because my car has electric handbrake.
If anyone can please help with info on where else I can do this in Johannesburg or Eastrand?

Astro brake boksburg, its actually piss easy, super quick are a useless. Changed the wifes audis rear brake pads, also has an e brake
