bosses car gets some TLC disc skimming and new brakes

so as the title says

after thursdays "Help of Fraser w.r.t. matric convoy for his son", on the way home I thought I heard what sounded like metal on metal coming from the front wheels, whenever I braked.

so today I "pulled rank/favouritism" and had my car on the lift, removed the wheels to look at the brakes.
The front pads were worn, but just mere millimeters from tripping the brake wear sensor, the discs also had a "lip"

so new pads and disc skimming done at the shop, courtesy of Graaf Brakes in Kempton Park, that come out to the shop with their portable lathe.
