It's been a wet weekend in Cape Town, so I went to Midas yesterday to pick up a new set of wiper blades to replace my 3 year old Bosch Eco Blades. R240 for a set of Bosch Aerotwins, takes less than a minute to install.

For anyone interested in the details.

E36
Drivers Side Blade: 21 Inches
Passenger Side: 20 Inches

I wish it was an hour install. than these bastards would keep stealing my wipers. I've had 4 sets stolen in the last 2 years.

I've had 2 sets stolen!! WTF!! 3rd set I installed, tested and then put a drop or 2 of superglue under the little cover cap and closed it. So you have to break them to get them off.

I tried this already. I even used Epoxy. Didn't stop them.

Its not just about stopping them. They can take them but they must be f*d and not usable once they've taken them off the car.

In what area is this happening so I can stay clear of that area :cartel:

can any one help the e39 guys, we have thin clip wipers with a protective shield and both champion aeroadvantage hybrid and bosch aerotwin don't fit even with their 7 in 1 clips..

or is there a specific part number?

haha coz our wipers are doff, the universal clips are to large to fit in a small clip lock thing, i see we can put e60 arms on but thats a whole other thread discussion,

there is a bosch part number on ecs tuning but for whats on our cars already and apparently these are refill blades.... :sorry:
