boot dont open

my cars boot doesn't want to open from the button inside the car or from the boot. it only opens when i use the open-boot-button on the key.

anybody what it might be?

Put key in the lock on the boot, & turn it to the other position & try again

Check the swith in side by the gearlever and the boot relay. or the c/locking vacuum pipe
