Bonnet wont open...

Hi, I tried to open my bonnet yesterday and it seems to be hooking on the right side if you stand in front of the car. Is it maybe the pin with the spring around it that keeps hooking?
Please help.

Yah..will try that. Just don't want to be going about it the "russian" way the first time. How do I then adjust it for future? Don't want to be getting out of the car with my handy screw driver every time...soon I'll be driving with a vise-grip! :shocked:

Yes it does but it tends to leave some marks which are very hard to polish out.

But then you must use a grinder, does a great polish job!

Mine gets stuck behind the rubber flap

Never tried but maybe a spray may ease the sliding past :thinker:

dont bother with spray just use hammer and screw driver
