BMWFanatics Attend VWCSA Kyalami Track Day

Fanatics,

I have made contact with the VWCSA Comm after they confirmed the date for their Kyalami Track Day. With recent talk of Kyalami being sold, this could very well be our last chance to track our cars in a safe environment and at a reasonable price.

VWCSA Track Day

Cost
Drivers: VWCSA Member rates: R400, Other Club Members: R550, Non-Members R700.
Passengers: R20 per passenger.

If you are a member of another club, The club Chairman/Admin will have to provide us with a list of their members attending the event to qualify for the discounted rate.

Pre-Reg cut off date: 1 October 2014/Limited to 120 participants.

We will be capping entries at 120 cars as always and will be on a first come basis.
There classes are listed below and will run in 15 min sessions per class.

Beginner (First time out on the track and lower powered vehicles)
Intermediate (Some experience and high powered vehicles)
Advanced (For the drivers who regularly attend track days)
Race class (Class for race cars, Professional drivers)

Please note the Marshalls will be giving a driver's Briefing at 8am! We'd like everyone to be there at that time please.
First session starts at 8h15!

NB: Helmets, Closed shoes and long sleeves are mandatory for all drivers and passengers.

Pre registration is mandatory, If you have not registered and paid by the cut off time you will not be included in the event and won't receive any points.

Guys, I have asked the vwclub to book BMWFanatics for 10 spots.

Prices of entry will be around R600 for BMWFanatics members. Maybe less as they still confirming. If you are a vwcsa member it will be cheaper. If you not part of eithet club it will be more.

Reg details are not yet up on the VWCLUB either. As soon as they are up, it will be here. Im watching it like a hawk.

We have as many spaces as we pay for. 2 spaces for you is not a problem.

Guys that are interested must pay as soon as reg opens. Vwclub list is gone pass 20 entries already. Numbers will be limited.
