I'm putting this here not to have another debate war, but simply for those who are curious of the crash survivor's state.
Turns out he's a friend of a schoolmate of mine.

Very saddened to hear this man, may the passenger recover..

What's done is done, but I want to state that anyone who buys a high performance car needs to learn its limits in stages, things can go wrong quickly. So if we take away something positive it is exactly that, learn your car, then push it.

Again, my best wishes to the passenger and condolences to the families and friends!
