BMW X5 E53 N62 Vale Stem Seals

Hi all, looking for some contacts in Cape town for Vale Stem Seal replacement job on a 2006 X5 e53 4.4i. I've changed CCV valves but still smoking have had this problem for a while. Does anyone know any mechanics that can change the Valve stem seals without removing the head in or around cape town??

Never did find anyone to help. Have been quoted over R36k for engine rebuild.
Engine is fine though, just regular oil changes and maintenance. Remember to swap out PCV/CCV valves. Let me know if you find anyone...
