that would be unnecessary because more leverage can be gaind with increased wing angles.otherwise F1 would have come up with something similar along time ago.just my 2c
i think F1 has a maximum length rule so it might mean they would have to run a shorter front wing to get the rear wing out more...
i dont think they can shorten the whole front end because moving the front wheels back would mess up weight distribution...
