BMW Summer Fest ended badly for me

After an awesome day spent with fellow fanatics at the Bmw summer fest, my day ended on low note for me as my sunroof just decided to explode

At first i thought we were being shoot at because it sounded like bullet hit the top of the car, the sunroof was opened at the time (tilting forward) and the sun blocker opened. load bang and the next thing there was glasses all over the interior and some in our faces, we stopped and sunroof had a big whole the middle.

Even though the was a car in front of me at the time i don't really think a small stone came off its tyres or something like that, read some threads on this (here and on the e90 forum) and its seems e90 sunroof love pull this sort of stunts without a reason.

You should haven my passenger face :roflol::roflol::roflol:

Any pointers on where i can get the glass and at what cost??

At first i thought it was a small stone, but after reading some threads on this subject realized that its most probably fault with this sunroofs. I have read threads were it just happen even when the sunroof is closed
