Forged 20" rims are just generally not going to be cheap. The forged M5/6 rims can be had cheaper as they are now out of production (around R65K BNIB). You can also get a competition pack wheel and tyre set (not forged on the M5) for under R65K

However as we all know the used market for all of these rims is a different kettle of fish and you can get a brand new set of Vorsteiner/BBS/HRE etc within this kind of price range, get them custom finished, custom offset etc and also be pretty unique.

Where's the hole in your tyre?
That's the indicator of what life it left on it, therefore your tyre is completely done.
