BMW SAT Nav DVD Query

Hi

Does anyone know how to disable the safety feature on the SAT NAV DVD playback when a car is in motion.

When the a car is stationary - the DVD will play but when in motion the safety feature kicks.

Ncs expert or pasoft or androids ivini whatsbmw can disable it. Need the cable as well though

Would love to know what else I can enable on my car's system. Professional satnav with extended contents...

I've seen the BMW logo on the instrument cluster replaced with the "M performance" logo...also want!!
