Awesome! Booked for tomorrow.
Interested on how this is validated as Bmw Midrand appear unaware of it.

appears the dealers in KZN are also unaware of this, keen to see how the up to 50% discount is applied

Most dealers are "unaware" of these discounts.

You have to screenshot the BMW website for them to consider the BMW website price.

Called BMW Midrand you apparently book online. A voucher is emailed to you, then the discount applies. I booked online now let's see if I get a voucher

This turns out to be an epic fail, from what i can tell, the vouchers are only emailed if you use the Number plate information that is on BMW SA system whilst the car had MP 😅

If you call your dealer, they will check on their system if you car qualifies for the discount, you dont need to present the voucher in this case.

My experience yesterday at Bmw Midrand was a bitter sweet one. I spoke to the service advisor upon arrival and apparently I should have received an email confirmation with a voucher attached but even after numerous attempts of booking online I did not.

Even though I did not receive any electronic confirmation of my booking, I did receive a call from the dealership to confirm my booking so it was somewhere in the system deep down. Enquired again about the offer and they were "unaware".

It was quite a hassle when I arrived at the dealership and there were a few people experiencing the same.

The service advisor eventually contacted head office and located the "voucher" for redemption. The transparent, all inclusive pricing is all hogwash and they could not even confirm what the "voucher" value was or give me an estimate for an oil change but when I received my invoice it came in at a sweet R1137 for a 6pot diesel.

You have to book online. You will get an email back with a price based on your VIN.
I got called back by ABM to confirm my service slot.
Show them the email.
Thats it. Its not a very big saving when compared to the Fanatics price we get at ABM (I saved about R300) but its still a great price.
You cant beat the quality of an OEM oil filter. Say what you want. OEM filters are far superior.

This does not include M cars. I had a fight with BMW East Rand because the advert doesn't say excluding M cars.
Was there when the link was posted initially
