i havent found out the exhaust price yet . happy with the sound of the standard 1 ..
power upgrade consits of intercooler, some fans and a small software upgrade and some other insides .. u end with 25kw and 50nm torque .. in the end its more like a cooling upgrade ..
which is what i want .. then u just do an xcede software upgrade and u r gna b a beast on the road ..
my quote ended up being 40k incl vat .. eina !

The sad part is that these 'performance parts' will add 0 performance to your cars output... :bawling:

what the hell kind of point is there to putting a short shift kit for an auto i mean seriously?!
and its even more expensive than the manual... BMW "performance" parts FTL.
everything i have read says the manual kit is actually one of the worst you can buy...

It is so you can shift from Dice to Race quicker and win!

I agree, one of the dumbest ideas I've seen from BMW in a long time.

Hi all, first post. Interesting to see the large discrepancy in price quotes... this is what I was provided by Auric Auto in Cape Town:

N54 135i Performance Parts

1. Exhaust: R10 513.03
2. Short Shift Kit: R4 267.72
3. Shift Knob only: R920.21
4. Cross-drilled front rotors: R2 155.88 X 2
5. Manual Pedal Set: R1 129.05
6. Footrest / Dead Pedal:
7. Side skirts: R2 700.47
8. Carbon Fibre Mirror Caps (ea.): R3 904.71 each
9. Rear Carbon Fiber Skirt Diffuser: R15 940.54
10. Rear Carbo Fiber Boot Spoiler: R4 755.29
11. Front Grilles (ea.): R511.27 each

All prices are including VAT but excl fitment and spray naturally.

The short shifter kit in the first post is quoted @ half the price which does seem pretty low when one should consider the US dollar @ approx 10-12 x for actual Rand prices, in which case R4.2k seems about right, I think.

313's @ approx R30k with RFT's, shipping & import taxes included
