Hey all

Been thinking of getting a mid 2010s 1-Series, but not 100% sure on what to look out for with regards to common faults and such.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I've seen a few 118i with the B38 engines that fall in my price range (absolute max is R250k). Managed to test drive one from the dealer here in Claremont. Really enjoyed the drive. More power would be great, but not needed.
Previous car is a mk6 Golf 1.4 TSI.

Thanks for the headsup. The n13 engines in the 118i seems to have a bit more power anyways.
