I had no choice but to drive 550km from northern cape to JHB on a stuffed run flat earlier this year, the tyre had developed a tear... I filled the left rear tyre with ONE can of foam when I left and proceeded to drive back.. I did normal causing speeds of 120ish, tyre made it back, low pressure warning only came on again about 20kms from home, but was ruined when I arrived. All good it got me home and served its purpose.
I have not used the mobility kit with the integrated foam I prefer the cans. In an emergency this is all you want, you replace the tyres and go on, it is by no means a permanent fix. :coolShake:
