That's impressive for a vehicle with an agricultural engine.

Have you ever driven a "modern" diesel or only heard them when they were pulling away from you? They are a far cry from being "agricultural".

Well with one next to me in traffic it usually sounds like this: krrrrrrrrrrrr...stttttttttttt...stttttttttttttt....sttttttttttttt :rollsmile:

Interesting that the driver had DSC off and used manual. I think the car would be quicker if he would have left it in sports auto.

It's in 'Sport +' mode, stiffens the suspension right up and tweaks the drive trains performance, my 535d does the same, DSC switches of partially. Throttle respose becomes razor sharp too.

The display very clearly says the car was in manual, and you could see the driver shifting in the reflection of the speedo.

The moment you touch the 'gearbox paddles' it shows 'M?' in the display... Its a 8 Speed sport Automatic. My car has the same.

And i just loved my 320D but when the wife screwed up the turbo and repairing cost was R27 000 i sadly had to let it go
