Bought the car.
Got it sitting at home while I debate what all is going to be done and when...
The car isn't in mint condition, far from it. Needs some spray work as well as some work on the interior. Odds and ends all over too such as the handbrake ratchet etc. Got that already, just to get it installed.

Going to get the car up on a ramp tomorrow for its exhaust as well as a good thorough inspection of the chassis and suspension...
Feels solid though and pulls well through the revs.

Congrats bud! I am glad if someone here got it!:thumbsup: We know it's in good hands now. Now all we need is pics of before and after and a SPIN in IT!!

got Fordkoppie on speed dial with any niggle that I feel in the car and is advising me every step of the way.
Been Scrapyard surfing today and found quite 2 calypso red donors for some odds and ends such as the missing fuel filler cap (the clip broke off due to some bad handling!!)

The project continues, pics will start coming one of these fine days, possibly starting tomorrow...

1 or 2 things worrying me a little but hopefully I can get the car through to Powerflow tomorrow to just sort the exhaust out. Thing fell off on the highway due to perished rubbers and now the battery is flat and I'm stuck without jumpers.

The car is strictly weekend as I do have a daily runner for the time being so not too worried about that at the moment.
Enjoying the lovely aural tones this 6 cylinder produces at all revs
