BMW FEST Convoy 23 May 2015-11:30 Calling Cape Town!!

Morning Gents
For those that don't know, this is the event:

Right, so convoy details:

Venue: N1 City McDonalds
Time: 11:30
Convoy Procession: 12:15 to Killarney
Parking at Killarney will be pre-arranged
There will also be a special display of 5 cars for BMWfanatics on the day.

N1 City Location:
Monte Vista Offramp (Off the N1)
N1 Outbound - Turn right off highway, McDs will be on your left
N1 Inbound - Turn Left off highway, McDs will be on your left.

**If the guys from the southern suburbs want to form a convoy to the McDs, please feel free to do so.

Best behaviour at the meeting point please guys. No revving and making noise nor wheelspinning or anything of the sort will be tolerated.
When in convoy there will be a lead car and we will abide to the rules of the road en route. There will be no speeding.
Traditionally we travel at around 100kph on the highway max and stick to the left lane at all times.
Down Koeberg road, however, we will be in the rhs lane so we don't interfere with other traffic turning to Tableview area.

Its Saturday afternoon (1pm). And the proposed route was posted on the other thread. I am arranging parking at Killarney. Ive asked for 50 spots but im not sure how many we will be.

Spoke to Shiraz. He confirmed parking for the convoy leaving from N1 city and arriving together. Will just confirm exact place closer to time

You are more than welcome to meet us there. Guys i have spoken with the Shiraz and we will have a designated parking for all the fanatics and also 5 spots for show cars. We can probably make our way to the venue at 12.45 from N1 city.

Ja, I'm trying to get off earlier on Saturday, doubt it's going to happen though. Soooo much wanted to go through with the convoy :-(
