BMW F30 LED door sill connection

Good day all
Can some one assist or point me in the direction on how to connect LED door sill to my BMW F30 that does not have the foot well lights

I want the LED strips to activate and shut off when the Dome lights are active or the door is opened

If your fitting the original light up sill plates , I think they are battery powered .

No These are the hard wired ones
I was thinking of taping into the dome light but there are a couple of wires there do not know which one

Be careful with the aftermarket ones ,If you wish to tap into that , I think it would be part of the FRMs circuit and I hear that they can damage the FRM module on the F30, Something about pulling to much voltage or something of that sort .
