BMW E92 LOUD noise in reverse

I know there are threads about this but I'm a bit scared.
I have a new 2012 BMW 330d E92 Coupe with a 6 speed auto. It has 3000km and when I reverse it makes a very loud horn like sound. It doesn't do it all the time but when it does, it does it even after driving for a few km. I stick it in reverse and when I tap the break pedal it screams (see video)

I just want to know if someone knows anything about this before I start arguing with the dealer.

if its only in reverse ... could be the rear brake shoes.

is it worse if you reverse up and incline or decline ?

Not really, no.

from the video it almost sounds like brakes binding.

can you identify the source of the noise...ie front/rear/inside/outside/centre etc

I have heard a similar noise many many years ago...70's or so when the torque convertor on the autobox on my dad's car was cavitating...possibly low fluid...I was but a child then when I heard this autobox noise and not really mechanically inclined then...(except for LEGO and Mechano)
