My first post on this forum.

Just wanted some advice regarding the current market for these vehicles.

I recently went to a dealership as I wanted to trade in this car for a new car. They offered me R45000 which I thought was very low.

Is this a fair price?

would depend on mileage, condition, spec.

I have seen some really good spec'd one for sale at about 80K

Some more details on this car please.

Current mileage is on 181000km. Full service history. Has a mechanical warranty but they didn't consider it because it expires soon. Windscreen has 3 small chips. The RHS bumper has damage caused by going over a high curb. And one fog light light needs to be replaced.

Managed to get the settlement value for the car. Tried over 6 dealers but eventually got a good deal
