BMW E90 320D ADVICE

I need Advice on the break pads to use on the car the rear ones are almost gone. The car also has a yellow light indicating service but I think its the air-con filter change as it overdue. The car is too hard on the road and I suspect my shocks are gone cause the handling is bad. When stopping the is a steering torque. Lastly what shock will be suitable on the car. I had KONI sport on my vw citi mk1 and the handling was good.

Take it to any BMW dealer. Motorplan should cover almost everything you listed.

Or Has ur motorplan expired? if yes, try Midas for brake pads and get a BMW mechanic to service it as dealers might be expensive.

As for Shocks , i doubt ur car is faily new ( 2007 model), unless you drive ur car mostly in gravel road like me.

Anyway, try to fix and dont delay as it might cost you.

The E90 does drive hard like that. Are you sure the handling is bad? How do you measure that? A standard E90 with fairly old shocks should out-handle a golf with Koni's (unless maybe if they are set-up by a suspension specialist)

Thanks for the advice... The handling was due to bad tires as they had flat spots and the thread was not even... I have purchased new Bridgestones run on flat and the handling is awesome... I only have the car now for 3 months and it out of motor plan...

Strange that its out of motorplan, should have motorplan till 2012, thats 5 years :dunno:
